Each studio duplex unit includes utilities and internet, making your stay simple and stress free. Tenants also have access to half of a double stall garage, providing convenient parking close to the unit.

Short term rentals require a minimum stay of 30 days. Because availability may change frequently, we recommend calling our office to check current availability.

A $95 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit are required.
